The Swan Shopping Centre is managed by CBRE and owned by Ellandi, an Investment Management business, with a proven track record covering property finance and real estate asset management.

Ellandi have a keen interest in adding vitality to  shopping centres within the UK and actively manage a growing portfolio of significant centres in the UK. Currently they have interests in six schemes located in Kettering, Orpington, Grays, Chatham, Nailsea and St Austell.

Ellandi's vision is is to keep our town centres at the heart of their communities by rewarding shopper loyalty, encouraging activities and entertainment in the centres and engaging actively in social media.
