Parking facilities
The Swan Centre car park has over 700 car parking spaces, accessed via Blenheim Road. Parking spaces for disabled visitors are available on level 2 of the car park at the Food Court entrance, and the Octagon entrance. Parent & child spaces are available on level 2 at the Food Court entrance and at the Octagon entrance.
Toilets
The Swan Centre provides unisex parent and child toilets with baby changing and disabled visitor facilities. The toilets are located near the Food Court.
Shop mobility / accessibility
There are car-parking facilities for visitors with disabilities directly opposite the Shopmobility unit. Here, you can pick up a battery-operated scooter or manual / electric wheelchair from the Shopmobility unit. To book equipment and for conditions of hire please contact Shopmobility on 02380 902402.
There are Automatic doors at the entrances and exits of:

There are two children's rides situated by Boswells and two situated by the Octagon.
Cycle racks
There are cycle racks next to all ground floor entrances.
Taxi ranks
The closest tank rank is at Eastleigh train station on Southampton Road, just a short walk from the centre.
Security
We have fully trained staff to deal with any incident, swiftly and professionally.
Photo booths
Photo Booths can be found in the Octagon.
First aid
The majority of our staff are fully trained First Aiders. Shifts are organised to ensure that several Advanced First Aiders are on duty at all times.
Banks / Retailers that offer cash back
You will find Halifax situated on the outside of the Centre. Tesco and WH Smith offer cash back.
