Parking Facilities

The Swan Centre car park has over 700 car parking spaces, accessed via Blenheim Road. Parking spaces for disabled visitors are available on level 2 of the car park at the Food Court entrance, and the Octagon entrance. For all disabled Blue Badge Holders car parking (for maximum stay of 4hrs) is free of charge. Parent & child spaces are available on level 2 at the Food Court entrance and at the Octagon entrance.

Toilets

The Swan Centre provides unisex parent and child toilets with baby changing and disabled visitor facilities. The toilets are located near the Food Court.

Shop mobility / Accessibility

There are car-parking facilities for visitors with disabilities directly opposite the Shopmobility unit. Here, you can pick up a battery-operated scooter or manual / electric wheelchair from the Shopmobility unit. To book equipment and for conditions of hire please contact Shopmobility on 02380 902402.

There are Automatic doors at the entrances and exits of:

• Mall 1 (by NEXT and Claire’s Accessories)
• Mall 2 (by McDonalds and Partners Stationery) 
• Mall 4 (by Argos and Hair Express)
• Food Court (car park level)
• Octagon (car park level)

Shopping can be tiring for the little people; so the Swan Centre provides seasonal activities to keep them amused and to make your shopping experience less stressful. See the What's On section for more details of up and coming activities for children.

There are two children's rides situated by Boswells and two situated by the Octagon.
