Fantastic Fashion - It’s Out There!
The Swan Centre is teaming up with 'Out There', in association with the Daily Echo, to bring you the hottest looks for the new Season and the chance to be The Face of Fashion at the Swan Centre for 2010.
During April, we held two special scouting days when potential models were invited to visit the Centre, have a digital photo taken for entry into this prestigious contest.
All shortlisted entries will be seen by a panel of judges at the Casting Finals during May when the 'Out There' catwalk team from the Daily Echo will give a fast moving fashion show!
The Swan Centre Modelsearch finalists have now been announced.

Thank you for taking the time to register at the Swan Shopping Centre, Eastleigh Modelsearch event. 455 people registered and we are delighted to confirm that you have been either voted through or chosen by the judges as one of the finalists.
We would like you to join us on Saturday, 15 May at the Swan Centre, outside Vodafone and Leightons Opticians, where we will be holding an informal 'casting' to choose the winners from each age category. On the judging panel will be representatives from the Swan Centre fashion retailers, Daily Echo, Sandra Reynolds Model Agency and Modelsearch.
Please arrive promptly at the registration desk which will be located between Costa and H Samuel. You will be issued with a new showing number when you register.
You will be invited to walk up and down in front of the judges and we will take the opportunity to ask you a few questions. This will be an opportunity for every model to gain a greater insight into the world of modelling.
Each finalist will be viewed in groups and individually. For children and teenage categories it is essential that you are accompanied by a responsible adult. Children should not wear make up or high heels as the judges are looking for natural good looks. Please wear an outfit you feel comfortable in. Please feel free to bring any friends and family with you. The event is not an 'entertainment show' but we are happy to have an audience!
The Daily Echo's 'Out There' Elite Model Team will be performing dance routines throughout the day.

Prizes:
Sandra Reynolds Model Agency will scout either one male or one female from all the finalists for a test photoshoot.
All category winners (one male and one female from each age category) will be invited to attend the Swan Shopping Centre fashion photoshoot in September.
THE CASTINGS FOR ALL CATEGORIES ARE ON SATURDAY, 15 MAY AND UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ARRANGE ANY ALTERNATIVE TIMES. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE CASTING AND WE WILL FORWARD YOUR PICTURE TO THE MODEL AGENCY.
