The safety of the public and the staff that work in our outlets is our highest priority, therefore it is essential that you follow the covid safe guidelines that we have in place at the Centre when visiting. These include:
- Using hand sanitiser stations at entrances and exits
- Keeping to the left when waking through the malls
- Maintaining 2m distance where possible
- Wearing a face covering unless exempt
- Not visiting the Centre if you have any Coronavirus symptoms
In addition to this we have enhanced our cleaning regimes and trained staff on hand washing and hygiene standards in line with guidelines.
We would like to thank our customers for their continued support during this time and ask that you continue to shop safely when visiting the Centre.
Frequently asked questions
Q: I do not feel well at the moment, but I need to collect my prescription, is it alright if I just pop in and out quickly?
A: No, you should stay at home and follow the advice issued by Public Health England; a link to their website is above. Please call a friend or relative to collect your prescription for you
Q: Do I need to wear a face mask in the Centre?
A: Face coverings are mandatory in shops, supermarkets, shopping centres and transport hubs. We encourage shoppers to please abide by these Government rules or you could face a £100 fine.
Q: When will all the stores be open again?
A: The Centre is following the guidance issued by the Government and the non-essential stores will gradually re-open from Wednesday 2nd December, unless lockdown is extended.. Regular updates will be made on this website and our social media sites.
Q: Why are the toilets closed?
A: We have made the decision to close the toilets during this lockdown to improve social distancing. The corridor to the toilets is less than 2m, so it makes it very hard to socially distance when entering and exiting the facilities. We do however understand that some customers with disabilities may need to use the accessible amenities and we are happy to open these for you if needed on an individual basis.
