Kiddiecon

This Summer we welcome KiddieCon to the Centre, a pint sized comic con event aimed at children and their parents.

Come along to the Centre between 11am and 3pm on Saturday 27 July and  take part in one of our Superhero ‘training’ workshops, meet your favourite Superhero and  see real movie props displays, including Harry Potter sorting hat and magic wall.

We will be joined by special guest signer Michael Henry; star or Harry Potter and Star Wars, who will be giving autographs. We will also be joined by the one and only Lightning McQueen from Cars as Kermit the Frog and Sooty.

There will be prizes for the kids and lots of toy, collectables and pop culture attractions in the Centre.

SUPERHERO DANCE WORKSHOP

Cut some shapes with our Superhero Dance Sessions. Dance workshops with 15 children per session book on Eventbrite

Times: 12pm, 12:30pm, 1:00pm and 1:30pm

Workshops will be held on the balcony above Costa.

SUPERHERO MAKE-UP WORKSHOP with face and body painting artist Patricia Descale from Magic Brushes. Learn how to turn your child into their favourite Superhero. Each session will teach you how to create a different superhero. We will be running different styles throughout the day with 10 children per 30 minute session. Book your session via Eventbrite

SUPERHERO PROP MAKING with BellaCrafts. Disguise your identity and create your own Superhero costume in our prop making workshop, where you can make your own Superhero mask and cuffs. Up to 15 children per session book on Eventbrite
