The Swan Shopping Centre was opened to the public in July 1989 in the centre of this prosperous Hampshire town. His Worship the Mayor, Councillor P. E. Speary, laid the foundation stone on 09 March 1988. The Swan Leisure was added in 2009 completing the retail and leisure destination seen today.
The Swan Centre is situated in the heart of Eastleigh covering an area of 320,000 sq ft. The Centre’s anchor tenants are VUE Cinema, Hollywood Bowl, H&M, TK Maxx, Sports Direct and Tesco.
With a population of 130,000 living within a 5-minute drive time of the Centre, the Swan Centre plays an important part of life in the Eastleigh community. The Swan Centre is seen as a community shopping centre in the eyes of its loyal shoppers and offers great value and convenience shopping.
